Round 4 vs Wantirna South
Away against Wantirna South today, the lads showed improvement by implementing some of drills we have been working on at Training.
Jayden Willoughby was fantastic down back and in the second half on the ball. Winning some clearances, running, tackling and putting real pressure on the opposition.
Brando was terrific all day on a wing. Running, presenting, tackling and chasing. He became a real link man for us up and down the ground.
Loved the way Nerius went about his second game of football today whilst struggling with a crook stomach. He was brave, tried some run on handball and was a real asset to the team today.
Lachie in his first game for the club was solid all day down back and it was wonderful to have him join our team today.
Also Bailey reading the play was a standout down back and looking forward to his continued improvement as the season progresses.
And Finally to Jack in his 50th game today.
It was grouse to see his attack on the ball and commitment all day. A great Run down the wing was one of the highlights of the day.
We will stick together, train well and keep on improving and go forward and take on a new Challenge next week .
