U17 Boys Green Rd5 Match Report…
Round 4 vs Forest Hill
We were at home today against Forest Hill.
Unfortunately illness had allowed us to field only 15 players vs 21 for the opposition.
All of our lads kept running all day and contesting right to the very end.
Max Power continued his development as a midfielder and was really tough at the contest all day.
Kodi and Phoinex also kept running, contesting, and moving the ball forward at every opportunity.
Will and Jayden kept trying all day and showed real courage backing into a pack with eyes only for the ball.
Also Lachie, Brandon, Cooper kept running, contesting, tackling and moving the ball to our advantage right to the end.
Also Bailey who wasn’t 100 percent fit really tried to help out his teammates down back and compete at every opportunity.
We were proud of all our lads today and they should all be commended on the way they carried themselves under really difficult circumstances.
