U17 Boys Green Rd6 Match Report…
Round 6 vs Lysterfield
Today we were at the senior oval vs Lysterfield.
We started the game with 13 of our lads but we’re fortunate to have 6 players from the Gold team join us just before the first bounce.
We were led fantastically by our captain Will playing his 100th game for the club.
A fantastic effort and our first lad to reach this tremendous milestone. Well done Will.
Also Kodi and Max Power Lead the way onball with great pressure, running and tackling which was a pleasure to watch.
We must mention that goal by Max on the run. One of the best we’ve had the pleasure of seeing over the years in our team.
We also welcomed Corey to our team today who played his first game for the Baysie. Well done Corey for helping us out and coming and having a kick today.
We were really happy with the progress shown today by all our lads, putting into place some of the things we have been working on at training.
Well done to the whole team who ran and ran all day and never gave in.
