The Knox City Council is offering free Community Wellbeing Sessions to anyone associated with Knox sport and leisure clubs – parents, volunteers, officials, players, coaches, anyone at all. These online mental health and wellbeing sessions have been developed for everyone within the Knox sporting club community. We know that the sporting club environment is an ideal place to provide health and wellbeing activities to foster positive, inclusive environments, and hope these sessions can offer support to our members.
