MALCOLM BANGS TACKLES & TAKEDOWNS 🟢 Specialist training sessions with leading tackle coach, Mal Bangs, have been incorporated into team trainings this week, for age groups that tackle 🟡 ▪️Tue: U15 Boys & U17 Boys • 5.30pm – 6.30pm
▪️Wed: U12 Boys & U13 Boys • 5pm – 6pm
▪️Wed: U10s & U11s • 6pm – 6.45pm
▪️Thur: U12 Girls & U14 Girls • 5.15pm – 6pm
▪️Thur: U16 Girls & U18 Girls • 6pm – 7pm ⭐️ These fun sessions aim to teach multiple tackling techniques, teach safe contact skills, build confidence and reduce season injuries ⭐️ Malcolm is classed as one of the best tackling coaches within the AFL and we are excited to invest in this experience for our players ahead of Round One this coming weekend!
