Tonight, our Life Members and Executive Committee Members, Wendy Gielen and Beccy Dawber, were at the Knox City Council to receive an incredible $10,000 towards our Goal Post Netting Project!
This $40K project will help install netting behind our creek-end goals, preventing footies from rolling down the steep embankment to the creek. This is especially important for the safety of our players during the winter months when the creek flows fast π
