The Bayswater JFC is very privileged to be a part of the Community Football Anzac Appeal Round this weekend.

We have selected our U17 player group to join the RSL in commemorating Anzac Day by pulling on specially-branded jumpers to mark the Community Football Anzac Appeal round.

The Bayswater RSL will host a ceremony at the junior ground at 2.30pm tomorrow. ???

The vital funds raised throughout the ANZAC Appeal enables the RSL to fulfill its primary role, of supporting current and former servicemen and women and their families when they are in need.

It is a great chance for our club and in particular our U17 players to get behind a cause that is close to the hearts of many Australians. ??

Thank you to Dr Robert Webster OAM, RSL Victoria State President, for presenting the jumpers to U17 player, Mick Aulsebrook, on behalf of the team on Wednesday evening.

Thank you also to Barry Plant Boronia for generously sponsoring these jumpers, allowing for all proceeds raised from their sale to go directly to the ANZAC Appeal.

We encourage all families to join our U17s tomorrow afternoon and show your support for the RSL.
