Match Report – Under 12 – Round 1, 2019

U12 – Bayswater vs East Ringwood White

A bright start to our season at home, and a bit of an unknown opponent. With our full list of 19 players we hoped to get off to a good start after an encouraging practice match, but we were a little timid and often second to the ball, allowing East Ringwood to score the first goal.

Some good efforts by seasoned players such as David, Owen and Malakai saw us go into half time leading 2.4. 16 to 1.4. 10. After again being led to the ball by our opponents, the boys finally took a little control in the last quarter, and we were able to run out winners in our first game. Final Scores:
