U14 Girls – Heathmont vs Bayswater

Today we played Heathmont at their home ground.

The weather was good and it was 2 top sides playing each other so it was going to be a good, hard game of footy.

The tone was set early and both teams came out hard. There was a lot of pressure from both sides. We got the first goal of the game but they soon evened it up. It was very close at quarter time. Sometimes our attack of the ball and manning up wasn’t where it needed to be.

As the game went on, the pressure still remained the same but as we improved on a few things, we started to have a bit more control of the footy. We finished off the game well and won 32-7.
