Round 3 v Belgrave South

Round 3 was played on ANZAC day. Before the game we spoke about being more consistent with our pressure for longer periods and play-on at every opportunity. To the boys’ credit they achieved everything we spoke about.

It was the best 4 quarter effort the boys have put together this season and shows how far they have come in just 3 weeks. We really noticed that they are starting to gel as a team. From a coaching perspective, there was really nothing for Erin or I to say throughout the game other than to provide ongoing encouragement.

We are really starting to see some individual and team skills being put on display at training and during the game. Bring on next week.
