Round 3 vs Heathmont, Home

Our first home game for the season taking on Heathmont at the Bayswater senior oval on ANZAC day.

With a few key players out the big senior ground was going to test our legs.

Our boys hit the ground running and completely outplayed and outclassed the opposition in the first taking a comfortable lead into quarter time.

The second quarter saw Heathmont rise to the occasion and make a game out of it bringing the heat into the contest and reducing the margin at half time.

The second half was quite an arm wrestle and the big ground and lack of rotations started taking its toll on our boys.

However, thanks to a blistering first quarter, the boys were able to hold off the opposition, finishing with a 16 point win.
