U8s Mixed Rd12 Match Report…

Round 12 – Vs Wantirna South 

This week we played the Wantirna South in the first game on the morning and we had very cold Melbourne conditions to start the day. The aim of the day was to keep moving, keep warm and not stand still. The kids did a great job of keeping active even if the ball wasn’t in their immediate area of play. 

Levi Tronson joined the team for his first game of under 8’s football after spending the first part of the season with the Auskickers. He played brilliantly and even managed to kick 3 goals in the first quarter! Welcome aboard Levi. 

Our captains for the day were Ved and Archer who proudly wore their captain’s band and played great games. The coaches were very proud of the group for playing out the whole game in very chilly conditions. The kids keep improving every game and more importantly with a smile on their faces. Go Baysie!
