Round 6 vs Ringwood

I think the kids are getting used to playing football under blue skies now. Again there was no sign of winter in Ringwood.

The draw sees us playing Ringwood who we hosted at home in Round 4.
Learnings from the last match were evident as the team knew which players would attempt to dominate and control the ball. Bayswater showed no sign of giving Ringwood an easy game and today’s match was a physical one with some fantastic tackles and passages of play.
Definitely signs that the kids are heading in the right direction.

The scoreboard didn’t reflect how close the contest really was and although we lost, Ringwood’s winning margin wasn’t as large as last we played due to the courage to be first to the ball.

Looking forward to taking this intensity into round 7.
